Just outside the township of Melton the exploration begins. Here the V'Locipede species are a major inhabitant of this region, the above shows one crossing.

And there it goes, these creatures aren't known to be harmful unless you agitate them by standing in their way.

A tornado of dust was one of a few things I had to look out for.

What is that in the distance? Alas the Legend may be true! Further exploration must be undertaken to ensure a weir exists beneath.

I was forced to abandon exploration at this point as the Weir didn't look in any way crossable. At least I could return with knowledge of the Weir.
